Your access to Nile Education's services implies explicit acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue the use of our website and services. These Terms act as a binding legal agreement between you (the student, parent, or guardian) and Nile Education.

All payments must be made through authorized banking channels only. Nile Education is not responsible for university tuition fees, which are typically paid directly to the institution unless otherwise specified in writing.
7. Refund Policy
Nile Education's consulting fees are generally non-refundable once the application process has been initiated. In specific scenarios where a university rejects an application solely due to internal factors unrelated to the student's eligibility, partial refunds may be considered per our standalone Refund Policy. Visa rejection fees are entirely non-refundable. Please refer to our detailed Refund Policy for comprehensive guidelines.
8. Documentation
Any fabrication, alteration, or falsification of academic certificates, identity proofs, or financial documents will result in the immediate termination of our services without any refund. The student bears complete legal responsibility for the authenticity of the documents submitted. Nile Education reserves the right to report fraudulent documents to relevant authorities.
9. Visa Process
Our visa assistance is strictly advisory. We assist in organizing documentation and scheduling interviews. Nile Education has no influence over embassy decisions, processing times, or sudden changes in diplomatic visa regulations. Any financial loss incurred due to visa delay or rejection is the sole liability of the student.
10. University Admission
University admissions are subject to available quotas, academic merit, entrance examinations (if applicable), and timely application. Nile Education guarantees that your application will be presented professionally, but cannot override a university's autonomous admission committee decisions.
